Discount Conditions

Validity and start

• Promotion period: from December 29 to February 28 (both inclusive), unless modified or terminated early in accordance with current regulations.
• Online store: from December 29th at 00:00 h.
• Physical stores: from December 29th, during the usual opening hours of each store.

Product selection and discount application

• The discount percentage will be displayed on the products included in the sale selection.
• The selection of products may vary during the promotional period (additions and removals of items).
• In case of discrepancy, only products showing the discount applied to the price will be considered discounted.
  
  If a product does not have a discount applied, it does not have a discount, even if it may mistakenly appear in a sale category or section.

Compatibility with other promotions

• This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, or promotional codes.

Deliveries

• During the sale period, delivery times may be extended.

General conditions

• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time in accordance with current regulations.

Returns

• Return period: 30 days from the date of purchase (or receipt of the order in online purchases), in accordance with the applicable return policy.
• During the sale period, all alterations will be charged. Garments must be returned clean before being sent to the workshop. Prices are available upon request; please ask our store staff.

Private Sale Discounts will be available on the following dates and conditions:

• Promotion begins :
  From December 17th at 8:00 PM, in the online store and in physical stores open at that time.
  From December 18th, in all other physical stores.
  

• Access to the promotion :
  Exclusive promotion for registered users or new users who have previously received a valid discount code.
  

• Discount application :
  The discount percentage will be applied directly during the purchase process only when:
  
  - A product included in the promotion has been selected.

  If you make a purchase with products included in both selections, it will be essential to enter both codes in order for the corresponding discount to be applied to each product.

  This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, discounts or promotional codes other than those indicated.

  The promotion will only be activated if the selected product belongs to the corresponding collection and the coupon has been correctly applied before finalizing the purchase.
