SHIPMENTS

For purchases over €100, shipping costs will be free (ONLY PENINSULA AND PORTUGAL).

For purchases under €100 the shipping costs will be:

- Peninsula and Portugal Zone: €6.95 through MRW.

- Balearic Zone: €9.95 through Correos Express.

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €19.95 through the Post Office.

- EU Zone: €29.95 through UPS Standard.

- United Kingdom area and rest of Europe: €35 via UPS Standard.

- America Zone (North America, Central America and South America): €75 via DHL Express Worldwide.

- Other countries: €99.95.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The customer must bear the cost of returning the items to be returned. You have 30 days to request a return. You can request a refund of the money, which will be deposited within a maximum period of 14 days.

OUTLET products admit size changes depending on the availability of the garment, accessory or footwear. For this type of item we cannot ensure that we have stock of the desired size. In the event of a size change, the customer must bear the costs of returning and shipping the new garment.

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

All the prices indicated on our website appear in euros, include VAT and are current, except for typing errors. The company reserves the right to modify prices freely on the web without prior notice. Likewise, it also reserves the right to correct any human or technical typographical error that does not correctly reflect the price of an item and communicate it to the buyer before processing their order.
